Job Description
Responsible for leading Environment, Health, Safety and Security programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and implementation of the best practices to safeguard people, assets, and the environment in operations.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HSE/EHS management;
- Proven track record in industrial, construction, petrochemical, or facility management sectors;
- Experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and training programs;
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities;
- Excellent communication and reporting skills;
- Proficiency in EHS digital tools and MS Office;
- Ability to conduct complex risk assessments and develop strategic mitigation plans;
- Knowledge of international laws and safety regulations;
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- A Master’s degree is preferred for senior roles or in large-scale projects;
- NEBOSH Diploma (or at least NEBOSH IGC);
- IOSH Membership (Chartered status is a plus);
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent international certifications is a plus;
- Familiarity with ISO standards like ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management);
- Fluency in English is required;
- Other Communications skills are advantageous.
