Job Description
Responsibilities:
- • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping
products;
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and safety
standards;
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional
growth;
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment and order fulfillment;
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies;
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity;
• Analyze workflow and recommend changes to optimize space utilization and resource allocation;
• Ensure efficient delivery of products;
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff;
• Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards;
• Monitor product quality and accuracy during receiving, storage, and shipping processes;
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipments, and
employee performance;
• Ensure that all warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is properly maintained and
operational;
• Train new workers and monitor their performance.
Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a
related field is preferred;
• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, with a strong understanding
of warehouse operations;
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team;
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
