Job Description
Responsibilities:
- • Answer incoming calls, route them to appropriate personnel, and respond to inquiries with accurate
information;
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies;
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, including arranging conference room bookings;
• Maintain a log of visitors and ensure compliance with safety protocols;
• Work closely with warehouse staff and management to support operational needs and facilitate
communication;
• Address any issues or inquiries promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation;
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner;
• Facilitate effective communication within our warehouse environment;
• Sort and distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail;
• Print Invoices, scan and file as needed.
Requirements
- • Qualifications in office administration or related fields;
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
