Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • • Address customer inquiries and provide information about products and services;
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner;
    • Ensure accuracy in all transactions by verifying the amount tendered and providing the correct
    change;
    • Handle refunds and exchanges according to company policies;
    • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper documentation for cash handling;
    • Conduct end-of-shift cash reconciliations to ensure cash drawers are balanced;
    • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure availability of products and facilitate smooth order
    fulfillment;
    • Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, customer service, and
    operational efficiency;
    • Assist in preparing daily sales reports and summaries as required;
    • Ensure that all equipment is in working order and report any issues to management;
    • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or
    warehouse environment;
    • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude;
    • Basic computer proficiency;
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
